P3 Prague D8 is one of 13 industrial parks owned by leading pan-European logistic real estate owner P3. The park is located approximately 10 minutes by car from downtown Prague, near Exit 1 on Highway D8, which links the Czech Republic with Dresden and Berlin. Earlier this year, P3 Prague D8 received the Tenants’ Award for the Best Logistics Park in the Czech Republic, underlining its excellent location as well as the meticulous work done by P3’s asset and property teams. The award was presented to P3 representatives during the Logistics Business Mixer event organised by ATOZ Logistics.

P3 Prague D8 park currently includes six buildings. The largest tenants are the VF Corporation, PMP PAL, DHL Express, In Time Spedice and Latecoere Czech Republic. P3 has recently agreed to build a new facility for the biggest tenant at P3 Prague D8, the VF Corporation – which will take the total area occupied by the company at the park to over 106,000 m2. The new 23,445 m2 warehouse will be constructed on a Built-To-Suit basis. The deal was signed only eight months after a new distribution centre for VF Corporation’s was completed at the park. The new facility has been awarded a \"Very Good\" BREEAM environmental certificate. Once the latest warehouse for the VF Corporation has been completed, P3 Prague D8 park will comprise a total of 132,000 m2 of leasable space
